The MSPAlliance’s Managed Services Accreditation Program (MSAP) is a best practices and benchmark-based program, focusing on key areas of an MSP including service delivery processes, business practices, client references and financial status. The exam is designed to make an in depth measure of an MSP’s professional and business capacity to serve its clients.
Because of the level of detail and the number of areas the MSAP focuses on, Transformation Strategies in conjunction with Do IT Smarter, produced and co-authored the MSAP Training Series. This ten part web based training course is intended to prepare Managed Services Providers (MSPs) to not only take the MSP Alliance’s certification exam, but to also improve all aspects of their managed services practice.
Building upon the success of the MSAP Training Series, Transformation Strategies now offers two additional services for MSP seeking accreditation:
Pre-Accreditation Assessment – Our pre-assessment questionnaire provides us with the necessary information to work with you to evaluate your firm’s readiness to proceed with accreditation. Whether or not you are ready to take the exam, we provide recommendations for areas which could benefit from additional attention or improvement.
Accreditation Coaching Service – Moving forward toward your accreditation, Transformation Strategies will work with you to reduce complexity and create a smooth process. We help you to understand the various areas the exam will measure and what information you’ll need to assemble for submission. We create a plan with a time-line and then project manage the process. We review your answers and documentation, highlighting areas which may need attention before submission.
